Is your website secure?

What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. All Wholesale orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee for all returned merchandise that is in unopened and in its original packaging. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we have mistakenly shipped you the wrong product or there is damage during shipping. Unclaimed, refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns. Please Note: Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept returns of the following items: Roll-on Oils, Makeup, Skin Care and Hair Care Products.

What is my merchandise arrives damaged or defective?
If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within five (5) business days. Please keep all packaging materials and merchandise in the original box for UPS inspection.

How can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. You may return your purchase within 30 days, please see our return policy above.
