I think that the service itself is fantastic to be honest! Although our needs unfortunately changed when it came to gift swapping at the holidays, the ordering, swift delivery—not to mention the overall selection—and overall professionalism was absolutely great! My only lament was that there was not more direct interaction with customer care and support, but that was more than made up for by the ultimate positive resolution to any issues it seemed! This stuff takes me back in time. 100% authentic. Time travel back to 2002 when you smelled this scent all over the malls of America. Still the same fantastic smell/scent . I have read mixed reviews about this being re formulated? Honestly its the exact same scent as i remember from the mid 2000s. 100%
