Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items that are unopened and in their original packaging.
  • If you paid via PayPal, a 3% fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Used merchandise cannot be returned for a refund or credit.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or there was damage during shipping.
  • Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages will incur return shipping costs, which vary based on the original shipping method.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number. To obtain one, please contact us. A Customer Service Representative will assist you promptly.

Cancellations

To ensure optimal shopping experiences, our systems are automated, hence orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, you do have the option to return the item. Please refer to our return policy outlined above for further details.
