I started collecting perfume when I was about 13. I used to save all those little designer samples from magazines because I couldn’t afford full bottles, and my mom would always say no because they were too expensive. This was the first designer perfume she ever bought me, so it’s always held a really special place for me.
I ended up losing it during a hard time in my life and never got it back. I’ve thought about repurchasing it over the years, but I wasn’t willing to risk buying an old bottle online that might not even smell right anymore.
So when I say this oil smells exactly the same, I mean it. The opening, the dry down—everything. It immediately took me back. And the fact that it’s affordable makes it even better because I can actually wear it without worrying about it.
This scent means a lot to me, and I didn’t expect a dupe to hit this close. Even without the original bottle, it feels like I got a piece of that memory back.
